Last checked: October 2026 (every price and term read on 25 Oct 2026). Published by Increditors, a video editing agency, and includes our own services.
For a B2B show, Increditors (#1) is our pick for video-first production and Video Editing Company (#2) for a retainer team; Podigy and Fame lead the independents. Published managed plans run about $2,500 to $9,500 a month (read 25 Oct 2026).
This guide ranks 10 managed and branded podcast production agencies on the same seven fields. Four publish plan prices (Podigy, Fame, Komet Media, Video Editing Company); five publish none. Ask any agency for a two-to-four episode pilot and for ownership of your feed, channel and files in writing.
What a podcast production agency is
A podcast production agency runs the show around the recording: format, editing, clips, thumbnails, publishing and reporting. An editor, by contrast, returns a file. This guide covers managed and branded-podcast agencies, the ones you pay monthly to run the show. If you want a price-led list of 15 companies that includes editing-only services, read our top podcast production companies guide; for editing services alone, see the best podcast video editing services; and for the buying process, see our B2B podcast agency guide. This page differs by ranking only agencies that run the programme.
📌 Why the distinction matters: An editing service at $230 per episode and a managed agency at $2,500 a month are not competing products. Decide first whether you need a file back or a show run for you.
A managed agency holds your RSS feed, YouTube channel and clip library, so ownership terms matter. Our how to start a B2B podcast guide covers what to decide first.
The 10 agencies, ranked
Every entry uses the same seven fields in the same order; where a vendor publishes no figure, the entry says so. Vendor pages were read on 25 Oct 2026, Clutch ratings on 24 Oct 2026.
1. Increditors: Best for turning a B2B show into video, clips and a YouTube channel
Best for: B2B founders and marketing leads with a weekly or biweekly show who want the video layer run for them: YouTube episode, clips and thumbnails.
Pricing: Quoted by scope; Increditors prices are not published in this guide. Book a call for a quote against your episodes (checked 25 Oct 2026).
Turnaround: 1-2 days stated for our social and YouTube plans, per our service pricing page (read 25 Oct 2026).
Capacity model: Monthly plan with dedicated editors and a dedicated project manager per client; strategy and thumbnails on the YouTube plan.
Rating: Clutch 5.0 from 12 reviews (read 24 Oct 2026); 1,700+ videos delivered, 340+ clients.
Based in: Sheridan, Wyoming (US), London (UK) and Dubai (UAE) offices, per our site footer.
Named clients: Emerj / The Trajectory (podcast), TuMeke, Riley Coleman, Trade with Pat, VYVE Wellness, Dr. Jonathan Tam, GoDaddy (pilot), eSafetyFirst, Rhythm Monster.
This is our own service, so weigh the ranking accordingly. We rank first because the video layer is what most B2B shows under-serve, and 12 five-star Clutch reviews are the largest verified sample in this list. We do not book guests, run PR or buy ads; for guest-led outreach, Fame (#4) or ThePod.fm (#9) fit better. Proof: the The Trajectory project page, the TuMeke case study, the Riley Coleman case study and our case studies.
Example: an episode of The Trajectory podcast, a client of ours through Emerj.

Side-by-side comparison
“Entry price” is the lowest figure the vendor publishes; “not published” means we found none on the pages we read.

⚠️ Read the ratings with care: Only three agencies here have a Clutch rating, and two rest on small samples (Content Allies 2 reviews, Sweet Fish Media 10). Ask every vendor for a reference call.
What the published prices say
Four agencies publish plan prices, and Rise25 publishes market ranges. All 17 figures below were read on 25 Oct 2026. For editing-only prices, see our podcast editing price index.
All 17 rows read on 25 Oct 2026; dataset saved with a source URL per row. Fame prices are ex. VAT. Rise25 rows are market ranges from a seller’s guide, not its rate card. Increditors prices are not published here.
Managed plans for one to four episodes cluster between $2,500 and $9,500 a month, and the per-episode price falls as volume rises, so the right plan depends on how many episodes you will really record.
Per-episode figures are our arithmetic: monthly price divided by the episodes listed (Video Editing Company counts long-form videos, so it is left out).
💡 Pro tip: Price your actual month, not the plan name. A weekly show is four to five episodes, so ask for the per-episode price at that volume.
If your pain is distribution, read our podcast to YouTube agency guide and the podcast clip strategy guide: clips and a YouTube channel are often the cheapest lever. If it is audience and pipeline, look at the guest-led and strategy-led agencies.
How to choose
Match the agency to the problem
- You record weekly and need the video side done: Increditors, Video Editing Company or Podigy.
- You need guests as well as production: Fame, ThePod.fm or Rise25.
- You want a branded show with PR and paid support: Content Allies or Lower Street; expect a proposal, not a price page.
- You mostly need clips for LinkedIn and Shorts: Komet Media or Podigy clip packs.
Run a pilot before you commit
Ask for a pilot of two to four episodes with a written scope, turnaround and revision limit, and score edit quality and clip hit rate. Our how to hire a podcast production agency guide includes a pilot scorecard; see the TuMeke case study and the The Trajectory project page for how we run a weekly rhythm.
Contract terms to check before you sign: who owns the RSS feed, YouTube channel and raw files (they should sit in your accounts); minimum term and notice (Podigy and Video Editing Company state no long-term contract); revision rounds included (Fame lists 3 per asset) and rush fees (Fame lists $150 for 3-5 days and $200 for 48 hours); and what happens to unused credits (Komet Media states a one-year expiry on credits).
✅ Our own bias: We run a video editing agency and rank ourselves first. If you do not need video, clips or a YouTube channel, a guest-led agency above will serve you better, and we will say so on a call.
Increditors is a video editing agency with 1,700+ videos delivered across 340+ clients; Video Editing Company is our sister video editing company for retainer teams.
How we picked (and our disclosure)
We started from vendors in our search data and published B2B podcast agency roundups, then opened each vendor’s own pages on 25 Oct 2026. A vendor made the list if it runs more than editing (strategy, guests, production or promotion). We dropped We Edit Podcasts (editing-only, already in our hub list) and Wisee Media (creator and wellness proof, no published price or turnaround).
- Scope: what the vendor does beyond editing, as stated on its own pages.
- Published pricing: a real, dated figure on a public page; no price is not a penalty.
- Delivery model: a stated turnaround and a clear capacity model.
- Evidence: a verified rating with a review count and named clients, ours or theirs.
⚠️ Disclosure: This guide is published by Increditors, a video editing agency, and includes our own services. Increditors is ranked #1 and Video Editing Company, a division of Increditors, is ranked #2, so neither ranking is independent. Positions 3-10 follow the criteria above. Data date: 25 Oct 2026. No vendor paid for placement and none reviewed this page.
FAQ
What is the best podcast production agency in 2026?
For a B2B show, our pick is Increditors for video-first production and Video Editing Company for a premium retainer team; both are ours, so check the evidence yourself. Of the independent agencies we read, Podigy and Fame publish prices, and Content Allies and Sweet Fish Media carry Clutch 5.0 ratings from 2 and 10 reviews.
How much does a podcast production agency cost?
Published managed plans cluster between about $2,500 and $9,500 a month: Podigy $2,500 to $7,500, Fame $2,750 to $4,500 (ex. VAT), Komet Media $2,499 to $8,499 and Video Editing Company $5,000 to $16,000. Rise25 says full-service B2B agencies typically charge $3,000 to $15,000+ a month. Content Allies, Lower Street and Sweet Fish Media publish no prices.
What is the difference between a podcast production agency and a podcast editor?
An editor returns an edited file. An agency runs more of the show: strategy, guest outreach, recording support, editing, clips, thumbnails, publishing and reporting. Agencies are priced per month because they carry the management work as well.
How long does it take to launch a podcast with an agency?
Lower Street states 6 to 10 weeks from kick-off call to episode 1, Sweet Fish Media 6 weeks to a launched video engine, and ThePod.fm four weeks of setup before outreach. For an existing show, per-episode turnaround is days: Podigy states 5 business days and Komet Media under 3 days for clips.
Do I own the podcast and the files if I hire an agency?
You should, and you should confirm it in writing. Ask for the RSS feed, YouTube channel and raw files to sit in your own accounts and for a clear exit clause. Podigy and Video Editing Company state no long-term contract; for every other vendor, ask before you sign.
Should I hire an agency or an in-house producer?
An agency makes sense when the show matters commercially but your team lacks the time or craft to run it weekly. Ask for a pilot of two to four episodes first, and compare the monthly total with the loaded cost of one producer plus tools.
