Last checked: October 2026 (every price and Clutch field read on 25 Oct 2026). Published by Increditors, a video editing agency, and includes our own services.
Across 30 B2B video agencies read on 25 Oct 2026, the median lowest monthly plan is $2,499 (n=15, $495 to $15,000), the median lowest single project is $3,250 (n=8) and the median Clutch minimum project is $5,000 (n=21). Increditors is our pick for B2B editing, Video Editing Company #2.
This is a dated, sourced price index: 20 agencies publish a price page and 10 more are included through their Clutch profile fields. Editing retainers start far below production subscriptions, and the minimum an agency lists on Clutch usually sits above the lowest price on its own site. Every row links to the page it came from, and every median states its n.

What the 30 prices say
Most “how much does a B2B video agency cost” pages give one range and no way to check it. This index does the opposite: it lists 30 agencies, shows the lowest price each one publishes, links the page it was read from, and states how many agencies sit behind every number. It sits next to two pages we already run. Our B2B video agency cost guide explains what drives the price and what a realistic engagement looks like, and our video editing pricing survey compares editing prices across the wider market, creators included. This index is different in two ways: it is limited to agencies that sell to business buyers, and it puts every figure side by side with the same agency’s Clutch fields.
The spread is wide because the agencies sell different things: a $495 editing credit pack and a $15,000 creative subscription are both “video”. And the medians are entry prices: they tell you where the conversation starts, not where a scoped project ends.
💡 Pro Tip: Compare like with like. The lowest monthly price in each buying model is the fair comparison: editing retainers against editing retainers, production subscriptions against production subscriptions. The model-by-model table in Chart 1 below does that split.
How we built the index
How we picked
The sample is every agency that met the inclusion rule and that we could read a price or Clutch field for. It is not a random sample or a census of the market, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.
- Sample and n: 30 agencies. 20 publish a price page (read directly on the vendor site); 10 are included through their Clutch fields only.
- Data date: every vendor page and Clutch profile was read on 25 Oct 2026. Where a page shows its own date, the table shows it too (for example, Video Editing Company’s pricing page is dated 15 October 2026 and Levitate Media’s guide 19 March 2026).
- Inclusion rule: the agency sells video production or editing to businesses, and its own pages speak to business, B2B, SaaS or marketing-team buyers more than to YouTubers and creators. We applied the same count to every candidate. Tasty Edits, Video Husky, Motion Edits and Mark Studios were read and excluded under it.
- Price rule: we record the lowest price the agency publishes, as printed, in US dollars. Wyzowl is the one exception: it prints GBP 2,000 and its own US$2,700 conversion, and we quote that figure. We never estimate, average or fill a gap. If an agency publishes no price, the cell says so.
- Clutch fields: “min. project size”, “avg. hourly rate” and the rating with its review count, copied from each profile. Clutch blocks scripted requests, so these were read in a browser session. Seven agencies have no Clutch profile that we located; two list “Undisclosed”.
- Calculations: medians and ranges are our own arithmetic on the published figures, and each states its n.
⚠️ Disclosure: This guide is published by Increditors, a video editing agency, and includes our own services. Increditors and Video Editing Company, our sister division, are in the table. Increditors publishes no price, so it adds nothing to any price median; Video Editing Company publishes prices and is in the monthly median (leaving it out moves that median from $2,499 to about $2,245). Both are listed first because of the disclosure, not because the table is a ranking. The Clutch median is the same $5,000 with or without our two rows (n=19).

Rows are not ranked. Increditors and Video Editing Company are listed first by disclosure; the rest follow in the order the data was collected.
Chart 1: monthly entry prices
Fifteen agencies publish a monthly plan. Sorted from lowest to highest, the chart shows how far the editing retainers sit from the production and creative subscriptions.

Three things stand out. Editing retainers cluster between $495 and $2,499, with Video Editing Company the one entry at $5,000 because its pricing page sells a dedicated team rather than a credit pack. Podcast production sits in a narrow band ($1,990 to $2,750) because the three agencies price one finished show a month. And the production and creative subscriptions run from $1,000 to $15,000, which is where the wide overall range comes from. If you want the editing side compared across more vendors, our video editing subscriptions comparison covers it plan by plan.
Chart 2: Clutch minimum project size
Clutch asks each agency to pick a minimum project size. Twenty-one of the 30 disclose one. The distribution is a useful second opinion on price because it shows what agencies tell buyers they need to bring, whether or not a pricing page exists.

Umault
Source: the Clutch profile of each agency, linked in the data table, read 25 Oct 2026. The bucket is the floor the agency chose to list (“$5,000+”), not a quote. Superside and Flocksy list “Undisclosed”; seven agencies have no profile that we located.
The median bucket is $5,000. Five agencies list $1,000+ (Videodeck, Shootsta, Vidpros, Komet Media and All in Motion), seven list $5,000+, seven list $10,000+, and two list $25,000+ or $50,000+ (Casual and Umault). Hourly bands are rarer: only eight agencies list one, and the lower bounds have a median of $100.
The Clutch floor against the price on the agency’s own site
Seven project-priced agencies have both a lowest price on their own site and a Clutch floor, so we can check one against the other. In six of the seven, the Clutch floor sits above the website’s lowest price.
The pattern fits “from” prices being built for the smallest scope an agency will take. Videodeck is the exception: its $1,000+ Clutch floor is below its $5,000 single-video price. We report the gap and do not claim to know why.
Single-project entry prices
Eight agencies publish a single-project starting price. These are the lowest figures printed on each page, so they describe the smallest project on offer, and they are not what a multi-video B2B campaign costs.
💡 Pro Tip: A “from $1,500” video and a $5,000 Clutch floor are both true at once. Ask any agency for the price of the project you actually need, with scripting, revisions and usage rights written out, before comparing it against these entry points. Our B2B video agency cost guide lists what to put in that request.
What this index cannot tell you
- It is a convenience sample. We read agencies we could find and read. It is not every B2B video agency, and agencies that publish prices are over-represented against those that sell only by quote.
- Entry prices are not invoices. Every figure is the lowest an agency prints. Real engagements usually include scope, rounds of revisions and add-ons that sit above it.
- Clutch fields are self-reported. Minimum project size and hourly band are chosen by the agency. Ratings rest on small review counts for several agencies (Videodeck 4, Superside 6), so we show the count next to every rating.
- Models are mixed. A credit-based editing pack, a podcast show plan and a production subscription are different products, so we split the medians by model.
- Seven agencies have no Clutch profile that we located. That may mean none exists or that we missed it. We say “no profile located” rather than “none”.
How to use the numbers in a budget
Treat the index as a way to pick a lane and sanity-check a quote, in four steps.
- Choose the buying model first. Do you have footage and need editing (retainer), or do you need scripting and production as well (subscription or project)?
- Find the matching median. Editing retainer: about $1,260 a month (n=6). Production subscription: about $4,000 a month (n=4). Single production project: $3,250 to start (n=8).
- Add the Clutch floor as a reality check. If a production agency lists $5,000+ or $10,000+ on Clutch, expect the first real project to be at or above it, whatever the “from” price says.
- Ask for the quote to be itemised. Scripting, shooting, motion, revisions and usage should each be a line.
If you are comparing a retainer against hiring in-house, our video editor salary vs agency retainer breakdown does that arithmetic with sourced salary figures. If you are shortlisting agencies for SaaS, our best B2B video marketing agencies list puts the same vendors on one page with fixed fields.
Where Increditors and Video Editing Company sit
Increditors is a video editing agency that works with B2B teams through dedicated editors and a strategy layer. We do not publish a price sheet, so the index shows our Clutch fields only: a $5,000+ minimum project size, a $150 – $199 hourly band, and a 5.0 rating from 12 reviews on our Clutch profile. Our own count is 1,700+ videos delivered for 340+ clients, with named work for Emerj / The Trajectory, TuMeke, Riley Coleman, Trade with Pat, VYVE Wellness, Dr. Jonathan Tam, eSafetyFirst and Rhythm Monster, plus a GoDaddy pilot. More of it is on our case studies page.
Video Editing Company is our sister division and the premium B2B and SaaS retainer option. It publishes its pricing, so it is the only row from our side that feeds a price median: Growth at $5,000, Core at $9,500 and Scale at $16,000 per month, month-to-month, on a page it dates 15 October 2026. Read the pricing page for what each tier includes.
Our reel: the kind of B2B work the Clutch rating above refers to.
FAQ
How much does a B2B video agency cost in 2026?
In this index of 30 agencies read on 25 Oct 2026, the lowest published monthly plan has a median of $2,499 (n=15, range $495 to $15,000), the lowest published single-project price has a median of $3,250 (n=8, range $1,500 to $6,000), and the median Clutch minimum project size is $5,000 (n=21). Those are entry prices, not typical invoices. For what a realistic engagement runs, read our B2B video agency cost guide.
Why do some agencies in the index have no price?
Ten of the 30 agencies publish no price list, so they appear with their Clutch fields only (minimum project size, hourly band, rating). They are not part of any price median. Increditors is one of them: we quote per project and do not publish a price sheet.
What is the difference between an editing retainer and a production subscription?
An editing retainer (VidChops, Vidpros, Edit Crew, beCreatives, Video Editing Company) takes footage you already have and edits it for a monthly fee. A production subscription (Videodeck, ContentBeta, Vidico, Shootsta) usually includes scripting, shooting or animation as well, which is why its entry prices sit higher in the data.
Is the Clutch minimum project size a real price?
No. It is a floor bucket the agency picks for its Clutch profile, such as “$5,000+”. In our data the Clutch floor sat above the lowest price on the agency’s own website for 6 of the 7 project-priced agencies that have both, so treat it as a signal of the budget an agency expects, not a quote.
How often will this index be updated?
We re-read every source quarterly and note changes in the changelog at the bottom of the page. Prices that move, agencies that stop publishing a page and agencies we add or remove are all logged there with the date.
Why are some well-known editing services missing?
We read Tasty Edits, Video Husky, Motion Edits and Mark Studios and left them out. By a word count on the page we read, they speak to YouTubers and creators more than to business buyers, and this index covers agencies that sell to B2B teams. The same rule was applied to all 30 included agencies.
📅 Last checked and changelog: Last checked October 2026. Changelog: 6 Nov 2026 – first published (30 agencies; prices and Clutch fields read 25 Oct 2026).
